Delta-9 THC from hemp works in the body the same way as Delta-9 THC from marijuana (cannabis) because the molecule is chemically identical. It binds to CB1 receptors in the brain and nervous system, producing the familiar psychoactive effects such as relaxation, euphoria, altered perception, and increased appetite. The difference is not how it works, rather its source. Our Delta9 THC originates from the hemp plant, not the cannabis plant (source of marijuana).
